Any formal dispute not resolved through our support channels will be referred to binding arbitration, conducted in English, with the arbitral seat being Dhaka, Bangladesh.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
